MBA Finance Research Design (Dissertat. Methodology Sample) Content: SECTION THREE: RESEARCH METHODOLOGY3.1 IntroductionThis chapter provides methods that will be used will be used to address the objectives and the research problem. It also elaborate research design that will be used, target population, sample and sampling techniques to be used, data collection techniques and procedures and finally data analysis techniques that will be used.3.2 Research DesignThe study adopts a mixed design; a combination of quantitative descriptive and inferential research design suitable for determining the strength of the relationships between the independent and dependent variables (Hopkins, 2000). The study seeks to analyze credit uptake factors; the interest rate, customer information, product varieties, and customer service on credit uptake in Sacco societies in Kenya.3.3 Model SpecificationConsidering the presented theoretical arguments, model specification takes the form of demand function as:Credit Uptake=ÃŽà ²0+ÃŽà ²1W+ÃŽà ²2X+ÃŽà ²3Y+ÃŽà ²4Z+ÃŽà ¼WhereW= Interest rateX = Customer InformationY = Product VarietiesZ = Customer ServiceÃŽà ¼ = is the error term3.4 Study AreaThe study area for this research will be the Kenya Police Sacco.
