It also elaborate research design that will be used, target population, sample and sampling techniques to be used, data collection techniques and procedures and finally data analysis techniques that will be used.3.2 Research DesignThe study adopts a mixed design; a combination of quantitative descriptive and inferential research design suitable for determining the strength of the relationships between the independent and dependent variables (Hopkins, 2000). It has its geographic location in Eastern Africa with latitude of 1Â00'N and a longitude of 38Â00'E. it headquarters is in the capital of Kenya; Nairobi and its geographic coordinates are 1Â16'S latitude and 36Â48'E longitude. It has branches in other major towns like Mombasa.3.5 Population of the StudyThe target population of this study will be 40,101 members which includes; staffs and the non-staffs members that uptake credit from Kenya Police SACCO in Nairobi. From the population a random sample of 380 respondents will be selected and used for analysis. The sample will be a good representative for the population and ensure that the results are valid.
